1. Agreement to Terms

By registering a store workspace or utilizing EasyCatalog storefront services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Store & Content Ownership

Merchants retain full ownership of all uploaded product images, store descriptions, and catalog content. Merchants are responsible for ensuring that listed products comply with local laws and regulations.

3. Order Credits & Subscriptions

• Credit Consumption: Exactly one order credit is consumed when an order is confirmed by the merchant.
• No Expiration: Purchased order credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Refunds: Unused credit packages can be refunded within 7 days of purchase upon written request.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform availability for customer storefronts. However, we are not liable for temporary downtime caused by routine maintenance or internet service disruptions.
